Experimental Verification of Mwo Bearing Machine

چکیده

To experimentally verify a new test stand for investigating fatigue strength of plain bearing surface layer some biand three-metallic thin-walled bearing bushes have been tested. A lining of the bearing was made of CuPb30 alloy. PbIn7 overlay was employed for tree-layer bearings. Typical views of observed bearing surface fatigue failures are presented and analysed in the paper. The MWO test rig has proved to be fully useful to experimental evaluation of fatigue strength of bearing materials.
